Please be advised that, until further notice, you are requested not to change the container number of any CONFIRMED IMPORT appointment in TAS.
A system issue has been identified which may result in errors when attempting to update a confirmed import appointment e.g. import container swapping with dummy container.
Interim process:

Check the replacement import container at TAS CONTAINER ENQUIRY to ensure it has an EIDO.
- Please List the appointment first, and
- Submit any container change requests via email to bookings@hutchisonports.com.au
To minimise impact to our customers, all listing and appointment fees will be waived during this period for this error.
